About Us

The Kudatech Skill Centre (KSC) was established in 2009 as a Registered Society to provide training, incubation and guidance to the unemployed/under-emplyed workforce of the state. The Kudatech Skill Centre (KSC) aims to mobilize and motivate unemployed youths, women, SHGs, JLGs and create an eco-system conducive for incubation and development of entrepreneurial skills. It is one of the franchisees of National Small Industries Corporation-Training and Incubation Centre (NSIC-TIC).

Kudatech Skill Center (KSC) is also the Collaborating Agency (CA) of the National Jute Board, Kolkata for the state of Nagaland.

Main Goal

Kudatech Skill Center (KSC) is to reduce the rate of unemployment among the workforce of the state by imparting skill-building training and incubation to young and unemployed youths through in-house and Government-Sponsored training Programmes.

Objectives:

  • To promote education, employment and self-employment opportunities.
  • To develop sustainable livelihoods through skill development Programmes.
  • To innovate and incubate technology for clean energy, biodegradation, food processing, electronics, renewable energy, recycling and waste management, agro & allied activities.
  • To run small-medium production & manufacturing enterprises
  • To promote SHGs /JLGs among women and members of the weaker section sections of the society and take up cluster development Programmes.
  • To tie-up with companies/Institutions/NGOs/INGOs and other Body corporate for welfare of the target groups.
  • To implement governmental programmes and schemes for social upliftment of the poor and downtrodden.
  • To carry out charity and relief works.
